2. Products and Services
KiwieBike sells electric bikes and related accessories. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within New Zealand only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may return unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our Returns Policy for details.
7. Warranty
Our e-bikes come with a 2-year frame warranty and 1-year electronics warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. See our Warranty page for details.
8. Limitation of Liability
KiwieBike is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
